So terrible staff , due to the flight delayed, we arrived 04:00 am after midnight, and fast checked out before 11:45 am , only sleep around 4 hours. After checked out 30 minutes leaving hotel , We got text messages, telling we had broken the room window and asked for money reimburse to fix the window. Frankly speaking, all of us so tired, how can we break the window? We revisited the hotel on 1:30 pm and meet the person on front desk We told them how many hotels customer had been fooled and intimidated asking for money reimbursement. We tried to call police at that time as we got mad, my wife refrained me to do so. The conclusion, don’t ever book this garbage hotel.

The place is comfortable and very clean. The room is spacious. The staff are friendly. You can take as much water as you like. With this price, it is very worth it! I will come back here again on my next trip 😊

- no toothbrush and hair dryer. I don't use the hotel's stuff, I bring my own stuff. Just wondering because 3 stars or each place is different, I don't know. (For those who are subjective, the hotel doesn't have a setup, only shampoo, shower gel, 2 towels and 1 foot mat. And no mini fridge) Maybe because I'm in the hotel industry, so I'm a bit picky. The room wasn't completely clean, there was still hair under the luggage rack and my room had a leak in the ceiling R139. The location is very convenient I go out from morning to night, so I don't take many pictures of the hotel. Because I also work in the hotel industry

First Time staying here and its been delightfull. All the staffs are really nice and helpful. Location also near MRT and near lots of cool places. Rooms are clean as expected. Overall its been a great time staying here.

The room is bigger than other hotels that I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur and very comfortable. Location wise is very strategic, walkable distance to central market and easy to find breakfast.(-) there's no ramp pathway, so you have to carry your luggage by stairs to the lift (the hotel is on the 5th floor). But definitely will stay here again if I don't bring many luggages.

backpacker friendly hotel, close to Pudu Sentral to get off and go to Genting, Petaling Street is just across, the room is quite spacious, there is an iron, unfortunately there will be no more washing machines in 2025. But overall it is really worth staying here

When I wanted to check in, it wasn't time yet. I could leave a lot of luggage and put it in a safe area. The contents of the luggage were also safe. The cleaning service was also good. Close to the shopping center on Petaling Street. LOVE the hotel

This backpacker friendly hotel, affordable price, close to most visited places in KL, close to Pudu Sentral if you want to go to Genting or the airport. There are 24-hour dining places around. We checked in at 12 midnight, the receptionist was alert and fast. Thanks a lot

Stayed overnight from Bangkok, with full luggage.. happened to be traveling cheaply from KLIA 2 to KL Sentral via bus, then connected using LRT to Pasar Seni. Well.. the problem is from LRT to the hotel is quite far, up and down stairs carrying stuff. so it's quite cramped carrying a bunch of stuff, if you don't bring stuff.. okay, a cheap hotel in the Chinatown area. the staff is friendly, and very helpful. it's just that for first timers, the location is a bit confusing. this hotel is located inside the 5th floor of the city plaza. to get to the hotel, you have to go up the stairs again 😅

Very spacious and a good deal room, clean and big bathroom). Got a TV inside and mineral water refill outside which was a plus. Comfortable place to rest after a long walk. It's a hotel inside mall so it's a very public space (plus it's accessible to everywhere, minus is you'll meet a lot kind of people inc. Drunk men at the pedestrian street nearby).

The staff very friendly, for the room so clean and minimalis. Near from station and uncle roger for the ice cream hihi. Last but not least the shampo, body wash and the geng was awesome. Smell so gowd and good for healtynes
