The problem is the parking because I already asked about parking coupon at the staff hotel, they say it ok just park near hotel but went I check out I get saman parking.

Service is not satisfactory. The air conditioning unit in our room was not working (damaged) and after notifying the reception, no action was taken. We were not given another room instead. Had to sleep in uncomfortable conditions. Our room was only exchanged on the second and third nights of our stay. The reception service is also very scary. No direct customer friendly. We will not recommend it to our friends.

Had problem during check in.
Seems like my name is not registered.
Did called travel agent helpline.They did a good job for helping me out.
In order to check in I have to make another cash payment which can be refunded upon my booking validation the following day which they did refund.
