Highly recommended! It's near to shops, restaurants and bars! The room is clean. Staff are friendly. I love the breakfast, free drinks and ice cream at the rooftop bar.

The located is strategically located at Chulia street, the heart of Georgetown. Great buffet breakfast, free coffee / tea and snacks in the afternoon and free drinks at rooftop bar. We always come back to this hotel every time we're in Penang.

Every time I go to Penang, I stay at Chulia Mansion. clean, comfortable, good breakfast, around the hotel there are also many who sell food both morning, afternoon, evening and the most preferred, there is a drinking water dispenser provided, and a pleasant rooftop snack.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is varied and tasty, drinking water, coffee and tea along with free snacks throughout the day. Get free drinks vouchers there are juice and wine, ice cream, just great.
