back to Kuala Lumpur after 8 years and I chose Concorde Hotel (again) since my Last Visit in 2010, First it's all about the location; it is easy to reach by public transport and I can go anywhere nearby by walking (even I still can use monorail, but walking is comfortable enough). It is close to KLCC, Pavillion, and lots of restaurants along the way to KLCC. Check in is very quick, The room is spacy and very tidy. Lots of benefits in an affordable price. Recommended for stay in Kuala Lumpur.

the location was really cool. It has a Hard Rock Cafe in the GF, and just a walking distance from Suria KLCC / Petronas Twin Towers. Lots of food options, and bars/pubs for some drinks.

Comfortable hotel. Good food. Only the room AC is very cold so we turned it off, even then it still felt cold. This hotel is the best. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the twin towers.

pros: we were upgraded to premier for free by the hotel which was amazing. the room was super spacious. well equipped and clean. the water pressure was good. well stocked amenities. it is within walking distance to KLCC and KL tower (though I do not recommend walking to KL tower given its up quite a steep hill for ~ 500 meters, DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS lol)
cons: the breakfast spread was subpar tbh. mixed dishes of local and western spread but not much variety as i would expect from a 4 star hotel. on our second day of bfast, the bfast buffet was packed (small cafe size as well tbh) and the managing team re directed some people to the first floor cafe which was actually reserved for premier guests. kudos for their effort but i felt a bit cheated considering they didn't actually tell me that I was eligible for this and made no effort to advertise this either. From my observation, I also noted that they selected non local guests mostly to head upstairs which I found a bit bias? but then again this was from my short observation. the parking was also in a seperate building and has a super tight ramps going in and out of the building. to validate the parking ticket, one would have to go the basement management office, then walk to the other building to get your car and then drive around the hotel to pick up your family at the reception area. the link bridge is also not wheelchair/pram friendly which is a bit disappointing tbh.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 times. Every time I come to stay, there is always a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast with many menus, satisfying breakfast menu, I came with my family, a pleasant hotel.

I have the 4-night booking here but feel regretful now. Last year I enjoyed great experience at this hotel so I decided to come back this year. I got a room at the end of the corridor, far away from the elevator while I have a kid and the hotel was not full. The room was lack of supplies except water and coffee. I am wondering whether the room was ready for check-in? Or the hotel management changed arrangements and lowered quality of room services.
