Very clean and spacious room, soundproof also great. I love the cafe and free breakfast, totally saved me a lot of hassle on finding good local breakfast early in the morning. What I don't like is the housekeeping service is quite slow, also the wooden flooring is somehow become more sticky when we walk around in the room. We don't wear slippers in room. Also the TV can be improved a bit since it is quite an old model

Nice. But confusing. Room kiri kanan not locked and and surrounding felt creepy bit. TV not clear. Toilet a bit mushy, but overall for work trip and sleep purpose OK la. Breakfast however very nice and many variety. 3star.

Safe, only equipment toothpaste / toothbrush, bath mat must be requested first because it has not been provided when we first entered the room. Day 2 is the same way and instead two bottles of mineral water were not served on the second day.

The room is really spacious. It looks like this hotel is undergoing a refurbishment process. Clean, clean and comfortable. However, the food supply needs to be revisited, there is still plenty of room for improvement.

The hotel is good, the room is good, basement parking is available but limited & must access use T&G (it is provided by hotel). The breakfast has variety but almost same variety everyday. The staff is very polite. But room 1415 has very poor WiFi and no lock for sliding door to the shower room/ toilet.
