Felt cheated when photos of water park been added as if theirs but belong to others with separate charges will avoid this accommodation in future 👎.

The check in process is fine, need to remind all guest that you have to pay RM3 to enter the apartment for guard/parking fees. We stay at 4th floor, luckily there's only 1 lift at the block, first impression just out of the lift was that garbage smell and durians at in front of lift at level 4. Even though there was a notice in the lift on where to throw the garbage. The room looks like just a basic room, no towels provided. The water from the pipe very slow, do not use other room water if somebody take a shower at other room. The mattress spring cause my body pain. Poor stay, online agent should not even list this in your apps.

I book for 2 room apartment but getting 1 room apartment. And when I asked the reception, they can say that they mistakenly give me the wrong apartment. Also, there is no any sign that the pool have an entrance fees. Should state anywhere in the apps for any additional fees. I am disappointed.

Well there was many imperfections like the toilet can't be flushed, the water heater not working, the water boiler hard to use and gambar promotion were totally different (mostly gambar Ehsan Waterpark which is sebelah this apartment, and need to pay if you wanna enter). But over all of that I like the vibe there, the Ehsan Waterpark tickets also not too bad. Not bad la cause I booked this room one night before check in.
