I really love this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable room, clean bathroom and most importantly coway water facilities provided. Breakfast is also very tasty and a variety of menu options. The staff is also polite. The lobby space is also comfortable making us attracted to the minimal but exclusive decor. Parking spaces are also plentiful. Only when going to checkout, the space in the elevator is a bit jammed and take time to go down to the lobby. Overall, I will be coming to this hotel again in the future.

Room is clean, tidy & comfortable. Breakfast buffet line offers wide array of menus & it's delicious. There's food truck available opposite the hotel. (3 mins walking distance). View from hotel is spectacular. Overall: Good stay & I enjoyed the hospitality. Kudos to Dorsett Putrajaya & Team, (Bonus point: baby cots available.)

Hot water not working. Morning shower so cold lol .Back hotel at 3am , lobby so dark lol but all good. Staff okay just little bit late when you need something to send to your room.

Enjoyed my short stay here, especially the assigned room, variety of food at breakfast, and great location with Putrajaya Square and Hall of Justice buildings on the next block. Free water refill too outside our room in the same floor to help on their eco-friendly initiative. Though soundproof can be improved a bit and the shower handle was quite loose I have to handle it the entire time . Other than this I might consider it again on my next visit.

I request an early check-in and the staff was nice enough to accommodate my request. The breakfast was nice but I wish there were more choice of vege. Only downside was, the room was not soundproof, and it was noisy when the children next to my room were crying/screaming 😅.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Help carry things up to the room. Comfortable environment, no noise. A comfortable and spacious waiting room. The room is clean, tidy, and neatly organized. Good equipment is provided in the room. The WiFi facility makes it easier for me to do office work. Clean and tidy bathroom. Big bed, can sleep comfortably and comfortably. There is Mr DIY and Hero Market to make it easier for customers to shop. There is a food truck that provides a variety of food and drinks in front of the hotel. Overall highly recommended to friends and family. Traveloka service is very fast and satisfactory. Reasonable price. High Promos. Best of Traveloka👍
