The hotel is very clean, the distance from the hotel to everywhere is close because it is in the city center, the staff service is very professional.

Stay was OK but wait so long to get booked room, check in was delayed for 2-3 hours.

My very first time. Friendly and welcoming staffs. Fast response. Quick process.

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant and the food is delicious.

Before this, I have tried others 3 DoubleTree hotel. Love everything especially for the breakfast was so good. And the most important was, I always get a room that has a best view. DoubleTree will be in my list. I can try another branch in another states soon.

Check in was quick. Staffs were friendly. Great location (walking distance to the train station, and big shopping malls like KLCC. Many eateries around the hotel area too). We got the 30th floor room. It was clean, however the decoration of the room is dated (the reading light was spoiled, and the furniture looks kind of old). However, the one that made me want to come back and stay at Doubletree was the breakfast buffet. I was so spoiled for choices from the breakfast buffet, and the price we paid for the breakfast buffet was super affordable too.

Spacious room, large sofa, good quality of amenities, breakfast food was so tasty, located at Intermark Mall which have so many restaurant choices and convenience store.

Really looking for a connecting room because we are on a family trip, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, has solutions, and is close to everywhere 🫶🏻.

This hotel is 1 with the Intermark mall, so the location is great. What you want is there, breakfast, restaurant, supermarket shopping, and others are complete. Mattresses, pillows, blankets are clean and very comfortable. So can sleep well. There are bathrobes. The towels are clean and still greasy. The best of all the shower gel, hand body, shampoo are from Crabtree & Evelyn. Usually I bring it myself, never use the hotel one, but here I use it. There is only 1 drawback, the receptionist lacks people, in KL people have never heard of queing like that, so the receptionist was serving me a few times and they just played loudly because there was only 1 person. This happens during my checking in. The receptionist should be able to reject these kinds of customers when serving a guest. Definitely will stay here again.

This is my second time booked this hotel. Easy to find food. The breakfast has many varieties and delicious as well.

Worth to stay hotel, staff so kind and helpful. The hotel near with the center and downstairs they had small shopping center with a lot food.

Hotel sangat bagus dan bersih, breakfast juga lengkap dan enak, reception dan staff semua ramah termasuk bagian housekeeping, door man juga baik. Sangat memuaskan dan lokasi juga sangat nyaman karena jadi satu gedung dengan mall dan food court yang banyak pilihan makanan yang enak-enak. Sangat recommended. Hanya satu saja yang disayangkan yaitu apabila kita mau makan di malam hari yang lebih dari jam 9 malam, harus ada effort untuk jalan lumayan ke lokasi yang ada agak jauh dari hotel untuk menemukan resto atau kedai-kedai makan di atas jam 9. Selainnya sangat nyaman stay di Double Tree Hotel apalagi merasakan cookies dari reception. Untuk nginap beberapa hari di sini, saya mendapatkan FOC satu kali untuk breakfast dengan pasangan saya.

I gave myself a treat and book myself a room for my birthday. I was given not only a room with a beautiful view facing the hills and mountains, but complimentary breakfast (which by the way, the buffet spread is one of the best I've seen in variety) AND a warm chocolate chip cookie as a welcoming gift! Double Tree Hilton Kuala Lumpur made my birthday-stay better than I hoped for.

Very good service! Very impressed with room, services. Highly recommended for those who want to staycation at Kuala Lumpur.

The staffs are not friendly. They don't know how to keep a queue and make every customer check-in at first time.

Had a nice and clean room. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Awesome stay 👍.
