The location is superb and very strategic. Very close to MRT and monorail station and have direct underpass access to Pavilion mall. We can even take a walk to KLCC

The location of the hotel in bukit bintang area was great and easy to find whatever do you want (shopping and food). The hotel was good with fair price. Will recommend the place to my friends who want to visit Kuala Lumpur. Thanks.

There are only 2 lifts from lv 1 to lv 5 where the reception is located. During peak periods, it is a longer wait. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. After collected the access card (only 1), need to take another set of lifts (6 of them) to the rooms. The bed linen and towels are not very clean. The closet is a bit old, and sound proofing aint great. Aircon and hot water bath are readily available and good. The location is very good, easy access to the many malls and food options in the area.

The receptionist was not friendly at all. Answered questions piecemeal. The make up room sign was also useless. I had installed it but no one came to clean up the room.

The rooms are all okay and clean, but the TV can be updated to smart TV. It's going to be 2025 and I'm still using the potato TV 😬 remote control battery changed because the battery has been rusted for a long time😵‍💫

The room is quite spacious, comfortable, close to everything such as the Pavilion shopping center, Alor and many food places, but the view is not attractive because the room is surrounded by buildings😭

Comfortable and pleasant hotel. Close to shopping center. But unfortunately the bathroom floor was slippery. The bathroom floor should be made of rough ceramic, not smooth ceramic.

Great location, but unfortunately we have to go up and down in cargo elevator, hot and stinky. Same elevator was used for garbage and cleaning staff.
