Front desk don't know how to check our booking and payment via Treveloka, keep us waiting for so long. He wanted to confirm that our payment already done before allow us to check in to room. Long wait! Unprofessional! Not trained!

The location is very strategic. It is just a stone throw away from the city centre, opposite to the State Mosque, near to Kula 's cake, Kuantan 's street art, Menara Kuantan, and many more attractions! The room is sound proof, a bit small, suitable for light travellers. Really recommend this hotel 👍.

Aircond is broken !! when asked the hotel to ask to change the room because the room is full !! forced the staff to ask to change the room still don't want the air cond it's not cold at all with the room there are no windows it's like an oven sitting in the room, lastly bg also change the room, but it's true bad also from a very terrible smell, 1st time sitting in a hotel with a situation like this, the hotel mattress in room 304 asked the hotel to change the spring, it came out how the guest wants to sleep !! Please alert bab2 basic even if it's a budget hotel because there are many budget hotels below rm70 cantik2 clean and comfortable to sleep, please alert the hotel management !!

Simple amenities, but the location is really interesting because it is in the middle of the city center. Almost the state mosque & car booth sale is just 10 meters from the hotel.

Shop lots nearby, next to 7-eleven. Plenty of parking lots across the road. Room is comfy. Except for the staircase. If you gonna stay here, try to request for rooms at 2nd floor unless you have to "hike" all the way up to 3rd floor.
