The staff are friendly, perhaps what needs to be improved is the security guard's response if there are visitors who have difficulty carrying things while carrying children, at least they can open the hotel lobby entrance.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They assisted me quickly as I checked in. Overall of the room and bathroom condition was satisfying. This was my 2nd stay on Fives Hotel and each time, I left feeling delighted.
