For me, with its cheap price, and its location, can't ask for more. If you stay here make sure ask for Lake View room, splendid view from your balcony. Eventhough it's an old mansion, still in nice shape.

Nice place to stay and relax. But I think the room can be done nicely. Some of the stuff look run down and not really maintance. Even light doesn't work. And I found cockroaches in toilet. Overall. For one night stay is OK. Sleep well. Should do something about the room. Need repair. I don't know about the rest. Tk you.

Oke, kolam yang baik untuk anak-anak, bilik yang selesa, bilik air yang bersih, cuma channel tv hanya TV1 &TV3 sahaja. overall just nice & reliable.

The receptionist was very friendly, Miss India was very kind and for Mr. Manager Mr. Kean is very kind and very professional at work and really helps us, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean, the view is beautiful there is a balcony, we are happy to be able to stay here, anyway next time we will visit there again for the next trip.

The room is dated but reasonably clean. Check in took quite some time at the counter. There is no hair dryer in the room, safe is not working and no hot water. Water from the tape is muddy and needs to let it run off until water is clean after each use. Car park is free. Breakfast is OK with limited choices, bread and eggs curry chicken and rice, yogurt and some fruits available. Air con is working well and the bed is firm and nice.

Check in very fast. Deposit MYR 50 refundable. Free basement parking. Room is okay. TV less channels. Free WiFi. Bathroom is basic and clean. Breakfast set provided. No room service, have to order food online. Overall, it is okay to stay short period, not long one.

The room totally obsolete, the water is slow, hot water not working, the water sink pipe also not working, everything is old and dusty. The bed is comfortable but not fully satisfied.

Service is unsatisfactory. I booked 3 rooms, 1 room out of it had no heater, toilet not cleaned, no aircond remote. The scrubbing room has one on each floor but the 4th floor cannot be used, the 3rd floor has 3 scrubbing boards but there is only one iron. Toiletries are not complete. I hope the management can improve everything again

Hotel management was terrible and soo lame. Booked for two nights, but they insisted that their system only recorded or captured that I booked only for 1 night. It is basically they have problems with their reservation/booking system. Housekeeping not available 24/7. We requested for housekeeping at 7.00pm tu change the bed and pillow sheets. However they said we have to wait for housekeeping to come at 8am the next day. Staff are not directly available to assist. The staff is 2 to 3 people. Which covers everything. Imagine our belongings unloading from a car, placing ourselves on a trolley. Push yourself into the room. Kind of doesn't match the hotel fee. It's good to book another hotel if everything is self -service. Hotel facilities are too oldschool so hmm I don't know what to say. Dirty room doesn't seem to be cleaned. Hair evenly. Dirty sticky floor. I will never book this hotel anymore for any reason though! What a tremendous terrible experience! ⁇

Bought a premier room which supposed to come with sofas in a separate living area but there was no sofa. Air conditioner was not cold and only boring local TV channels. Some channels were not even working. Room had a lousy view of overgrown trees. The balcony was dirty. My suggestion is not to go for the premier room. Waste of money

The room is very bad .. Not tidy before the customer wants to enter .. The toilet is the worst .. Rusty water .. Electric will not return .. No initial information .. 9 hours no electricity .. This is not a 4 STAR hotel
