Very clean, new, affordable,and comfy hotel! The breakfast is also very good. It is near Komtar, which is only 5 minutes walk. Definitely will stay at Frame Hotel Penang again.

This is really a 4 stars staying hotel. Everything is superb, new and clean! Room was spacious and the breakfast was very delicious with variety of choices. So far one of the best hotels I have been staying in M’sia.

Amazing! Like 5 star hotel! I'm visit penang with 3 group. We got the room space for 4 people, it's so big! From all hotel that I stayed for in bangkok and KL, this is the best. The breakfast also nice! If I visit penang again, I will stay here again for sure!

The hotel location is close to food hawker on Macalister street and in line with Cha Kue Tiau auntie red hat 😂. The room condition is spacious, clean, and complete. The hotel staff is also friendly.

Check in/check out was easy and the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, including the bathroom. I've had enough rest after exploring the city of Georgetown and had a nice experience during my stay. One simple thing I appreciate was that the the hotel provide free drinking water for the guests in a dispenser in the lobby. So I could refill my water bottle every morning before I explore the city. And there was a scale near water dispenser to weight in the bagage so I could figure out how heavy it is before I went to the airport. I think it is a simple and yet thoughtful gesture. I will easily recomend Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. Thank you.
