Overall stay was satisfactory. The room was quite spacious. Would be perfect if have extra pillow instead of 1 per person.

Salam, I book 2 rooms during my stays. Hotel was so bad, after travel hours from Kl to kulim I check in with room that not clean by the room service. Messy blanket still on the bed and towel hanging here and there. They gave me another room with the same condition. I was so tired and angry. Thinking that the management are not paid their salary to clean up the room. After all they manage to get me 3rd room at different level. Which different with my family room that I book earlier.
