I had a very bad experience with the housekeeping. She iss very rude, and had bad behavior. I came with my family and children. She asked me to book another unit of apartment because she said there are too many people inside the apartment. We have 6 adults, 3 childrens and 2 infants. She counted per person as well as the baby! Very rude and forced us to take another unit for what, 2 infants? And she wanted to charge rm50 per head per night for the baby who are 6 month? Ridiculous and very rude and wants to give summon letter some more. Will never recommended anyone to book this unit.
