arrived late a night. called in advanced about airport transfer back and fourth. the hotel management provide it for free! its a big bonus for me & my husband. the staff are friendly. the room spacey and comfortable. they provide 4 pillow. the shower working well. bathroom slipper, toothbrush, amenities provided. nothing I can complain about my short stay here. good for sleep over and near airport.

I checked in almost at 11:30 PM but still there is staff waiting at the counter. I got room number 211 which is very comfortable and spacious for me because it is located at the corner. Although you can also hear the sound of an airplane, but it's not too often and you still can manage to sleep. The hotel is also located near to the airport which takes only 10 minutes.

Nice and helpful staff. The room is clean, good Wi-Fi internet, and lots of restaurants nearby. You can choose this hotel if you traveled to Kota Kinabalu and want to stay near from the airport, just 5 minutes from there.

It's beautiful from the outside, the toilet is dirty, the reception is not friendly, they don't help with the elevator, there are no heavy bags, but they ask for a room downstairs, they don't give you one, the room is not comfortable, the price is expensive but the standard of the Oyo room which is 30 rggt is very sad

It's okay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. First we got a leaking aircond room, slow sink draining water, water heater x on. Then tell the receptionist to change the bill. we changed to a room where the aircond was not leaking but the hair dryer was not on, the water heater was also not on. Then when we arrived, we could smell the smell of garbage from the room because this hotel is close to the garbage dump and our room was at the end. ok ok first the room is quite narrow. when the receptionist wants to change the room, think ok. oh yes, the room is not soundproof. people running in the corridor can hear.

Not bad if you are going to travel especially to the airport because the distance is quite close to the Online Taxi date. The hotel is affordable but the quality is good.

Hai. Television has pictures but no sound, 😅 bedroom blanket itchy and pillow smelling, bathroom toilet dirty got yellow 🚽 especially at the toilet bowl need Wash properly. Others OK 👍🏼 I will come back again either me or my sister and her kids stay there, appreciate you every response about this comment of mine 🙏🏻😊. Hope to see you nextime. 😉👍🏼🙏🏻.

The room was leaking, toilet light was too dimming. No lift to the room. Request for double bed but was given 2 single bed since we have to change the first room that have water remarks indicating the room was leaking. Very bad.

I have booked and paid, after I was about to enter the room, the officer said that the room was full and I was moved to another hotel without any prior confirmation. Transportation to move to another hotel is not covered and I ordered a grab myself.
