Great hotel great service friendly and helpful Staff.

Service is top notch. I forgot to bring my iPhone charger, they provided us straight away. Location is just in front of Klcc. But you might still grab to bukit bintang area, around 6-12min, depending on the traffic condition. View is outstanding, looking outside at the tower made us feel super relaxing on our staycation.

The hotel is in a great location. I booked a tower view room specifically so that I could see the Twin Towers. Overall OK. Comfortable, staffs friendly, good location, very close to mall & city center, convinient go to anywhere.

Recommendation, if you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, the hotel is clean. During Idul Fitri, this restaurant is busy with visitors, so the restaurant is full and there are lots of queues, but don't worry because almost all the staff are friendly. I think overall service in hotel it's good

I was about to boil some water in the kettle, when I tried opening the lid, I got electrocuted. I could feel the electricity passing from my finger to my left toe. It was scary and I hope nobody gets to experience this. The fridge is leaking, there were water droplets on the floor below. The pillows was flat, and has damp smell. Please maintain your room, and check/test your appliances regularly. During the buffet breakfast, I worn the hotel ' s disposable slippers. It wasn't allowed at the restaurant area (no signage/notes posted). The waitress at the entrance rudely ask me to get back to my room to change. I have no issues complying with rules, however her intonation and facial expression that made me felt very offended. I wanted to start my morning stress-free, hence refused to argue. Probably if I were a foreigner, the treatment will be different. This is far from our expectation from a reputable 5 star hotel. Our previous experience here on 2021 here was far away better. Maybe I just got unlucky this time. Please improvise on the hospitality and quality!

I booked a one night stay in your Grand Suite with Tower View with my partner 's application which is registered under her name for my working trip to Kuala Lumpur because I found a good deal from the app. But when I was there to check in, the hotel 's on-duty staffs requested that I need to provide the miti letter that are the same name with the person who made the booking. And this was not being highlighted by the reservation team when I called to enquire about the documents and details needed before I made the booking as they mentioned just MITI letter needed. Hence I tried to explain my situation on the spot but both of them has been persistent to reject my check in instead of providing me a solution. I understand the SOPs that needed to be adhered to but I was pretty disappointed that they did not try their best to come up with a solution instead of repeating that I was not allowed to check in. Until the Assistant Manager came to my rescue. I would like to give him the best credit and my gratitude as he has been very patience and helped me throughout to solve the problem and got me checked in successfully.
