General Check-in Instructions

**Effective from June 1st 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Hotel Fee of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. ============================================With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the Room Rates and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. This is to be applied in addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang. ============================================

**Kindly be informed that maintenance work will be carried out at the swimming pool area from 05 August until 16 August 2024. Therefore, we regret to inform the swimming pool will be closed during this period. We seek your kind understanding for any inconvenience that may caused.
For rooms without breakfast, guests can proceed with the above pricing: RM40nett for hotel guests and RM60nett for non-hotel guests. Children aged 0 to 5 eat for free, while children aged 6 to 12 are charged RM25nett regardless of whether they are inside or outside guests.

Check in and check out is very easy, no need to wait long. My child left something behind and the hotel returned it safely using a courier. Thank you to the hotel staff for being honest and trustworthy. In front of the hotel there is a playground where children can play..

Overall is a good and pleasing stay. Location near to the city centre and getting Grab is quick. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom quite spacious with a bath tub, but hot water takes a while to ready. The toiletries are complete. Cloth hanger is sufficient. Only problem is the room service. The staff didn't clean the used cups/glasses. And I noticed the floor carpet wasn't vacuumed as well. But the bed is made and everything is replenished. Will come back again on the next trip.

the room is okay, clean and comfortable, this is a city view room.. it's just that when I moved to a sea view room it was a bit uncomfortable.. it wasn't like the city view so I moved to a city view room the next day.. and the service while I was there was okay.. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks.. thank you 🙏🏻
