The staff is a bit unfriendly, the room is dirty, the location is okay because you can take the MRT and it is close to Petaling. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The carpet in front of the room looks like it has never been cleaned. Even though the location is quite strategic.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Usually, 3-star hotels provide good facilities and good staff, but not this one. This is even worse than a 2-star hotel. The local Indian receptionist was very rude; when I requested an extra pillow, he refused to give one and said I needed to pay extra. Usually, other hotels, even 2-star ones, provide this for free. I had to carry my own luggage and put it in the storage room myself; no staff helped. All staff were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I really hope the hotel owner sacks the manager and the local Indian receptionist. Inside the bathroom, the sink was leaking. You have to reconnect the Wi-Fi with the password every 2 hours. There was no body soap, only shampoo. An extremely stingy hotel. This was the worst 3-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

- Please be informed that there is an additional charge for extra pillows and towels.
- Due to being understaffed, the receptionist is unable to leave the post as it may cause delays for other guests during check-in. Unfortunately, we do not have bellboys at the moment.
- If any amenities are missing or lacking, we kindly ask that you request them directly from the receptionist, and we will be happy to assist you.

Overall, during my stay at this hotel, the facilities and cleanliness were good, only the noise from outside the room and the next room was very audible, for those who are sensitive to noise, this certainly disturbs their rest.

the location is very strategic close to everywhere to Bukit Bintang only 3 km walkable, to Petaling only 1 km, and most importantly close to MRT station plaza rakyat.
