Very nice stay. The hotel is also near Bukit Bintang, which is the main shopping center in Kuala Lumpur. Recommended to stay here.

This was my second time here and I returned as I liked the room and hotel location from back then. I upgraded my stay this time to a deluxe room which was the best decision I ever made as I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, all the hotel staff that I encountered were friendly and housekeeping was discrete but meticulous. Hotel location is on the edge of Bukit Bintang with shopping malls all around (Low Yat, Sungei Wang, LaLaport) and the famous Alor food street is just across the road. The area is always buzzing so there can be some noise disturbances at night if you are a light sleeper. I never got to try the hotel restaurant since there are a lot of food options in the area and there is a small gym with very basic equipment.

Everything is ok, the best is only at midnight you can hear people chatting and laughing maybe from the room next door because there is a door to join the room. But overall it's best ok. Just walk to Bukit Bintang

All the staffs were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and they even provided a drinking water that alr filtered in the bathroom so I don't need to buy it anymore. Also they will provided you a child amenities like shampoo, toothbrush and bodywash if you bring a child or toddlers to stay. The location is close to pavilion and alor street so its very easy to looking a food and shopping. Its very recommended hotel 👍

The location is on Jalan. Bukit Bintang, which is quite close to Pavilion but not affected by the hustle and bustle of the Pavilion area, so it was our choice.

rooms not sufficiently soundproof although we do not expect it to be fully soundproof. Could clearly hear voices/running footsteps along the hallway. Need more people to be present at the check in/out counter especially during peak period ie Chinese New Year. That being said, location was great and very strategic. Room with king bed was very clean with great ambiance. Bathroom in the room was also very clean. Room service was also great and amazing. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and return to stay next time. We did not had the time and chance to utilize the gym/pool but area looks clean.

The location and the price are worth paying for. The brekafast is pretty much nice and many varieties of dishes. Only a little hicup inside the shower drainage and the wated quality in the swimming pool.
