Had a great experience with this hotel. Nice interior and exterior. The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. The food was good, specially eating in front of the pool and seaside. Guest what, they have a free shuttle too going to george town so you don't have to worry about your ride to one of the attraction in Penang. I will definitely stay again in this hotel soon.

Comfy hotel with affordable price. Was upgrade to deluxe king room even though I just booked for superior room. Air cond was cold and room was partly seaview. Definitely will back again !

Satisfied with the service at this hotel because check in at 12.00 noon is already possible, the room is spacious and there is a balcony with a direct sea view in room 810. The AC is cold, the bathroom is clean although small, the food is delicious and you get orange juice. I will definitely stay here again

Sea view room. Breakfast facing the sea and swimming pool. Suitable for bringing children on vacation here. Breakfast is also ok. The service is okay and not disappointing.

When I first check in, I was surprised it was a twin bed whereas I booked for a luxury single bed. I asked for what I have paid for. So had to stay in the twin bed for the night and have change the next morning.

The variety of food is not too much. The hotel's location is near the food court so it's easy to find food. Coincidentally, the air conditioner in the room we stayed in wasn't too cold.

While I enjoyed their room and nice seaview, their f&b part is worst. The bangla guy incharge coffee house is rude and no manner. Wonder how this type of hotel can let banglas handle their kitchen and coffee house. Their buffet spread also tasteless and very limited. What to expect when you let banglas incharge your kitchen rite? Hope management of this hotel can look into this problem and do something to overcome it.

Very bad service booking from app. Booked kiddie room with the bed type 1 double & 1 single but when check in only got single bed. No kiddie & no double bed:(This is my first experince with the traveloka and will be the last. I'll uninstall the Traveloka Apps. Already ask the receptionist and they told me, this apps always makes the customers confuse with their booking rooms. Scammer.

The hotel was an old one but room was clean. They provide water dispenser at hallway. It is next to the beach and I can see the sea right from my balcony. There is a cafe next door that seems to have live music every Fri-Sat night which I could hear very clearly in my room at 5th floor. Breakfast was crowded so make sure you come earlier. Overall, it ' s okay.

Superb experience with affordable price. Spectacular view. Excellence location if you're planning to enjoy both pool & beach, not far for food hunt & tourist attraction too. Room's floor a bit dirty, if hotel didn't plan to clean it please provide slippers. Lift with carpet smell like soggy socks. Breakfast ok but took long time to top-up, I circle buffet area few times waiting for food refill at 8am. Short staff I guess. These are list hotel need to improve. Overall, will I come back again? Definitely yes!
