Salam Sejahtera daripada Hotel Seri Malaysia Sungai Petani… We are in receipt of your complaint via online complaint and wish to extend our sincere apology for the unpleasant experienced encountered during you recent staying our hotel. As much as we could, trying to minimise the shortcomings but it is inevitable that certain things may have been overlooked by us. The Hotel Management therefore, would like to apologies on the less of satisfactory in our services which resulting disappointment by such a valuable guest as you. The Management is taking note of this occurrence and seriously looking into solving the problem. Nevertheless, we appreciate and thank you for the constructive comments and feedback on the inconvenience and level of service and quality. this hotel is suitable for anyone who has a big family which this hotel have a big room and complete facilities. But this hotel doesn't suitable for them that cant climb up the stairs because there is no lift provided.. overall ok.. service ok.. the staff can be trusted.

The condition of the hotel is gloomy and old. The front counter can be improved as it is a bit greasy but the employee is ok. Breakfast is ok, breakfast is ok. just enough to relax, no other activity, the choice to stay at this hotel as the hotel is opposite the ETS station. The pool is at the back of the hotel but is managed by others for a fee.
