to stay near the street alor area is one of the right choices because it is right on the route, but access to the hotel is a bit crowded from 03pm-11pm, when we arrived there was no host, so it was a bit difficult to bring 2 small luggage and 1 handbag, maybe it was switch time, the room was good, the spring bed was comfortable, the amenities were standard, and the most disgusting thing was there were cockroaches on our bedcover, so badly! Will not stay here again for the second time. oh yeah, you have to pay a tourism tax of 10myr/1 night.

Hotel and staff are very nice and helpful

the location is right in the city center.. culinary is right in front of the hotel.. anything you want to eat is close by.. if you want to go to the tourist center, just walk. the atmosphere is comfortable..

Located right on famous alor street, 5 minutes walk to pavilion mall area. Quadruple room is quite spacious for four of us, there is little problem while we staying, hot water on shower isn't working but its OK for us

Hotel is very difficult to get to by car because the street in front of it closes every night for night market. Grab drivers have to take a detour every time. When we got to the room, the amenities were not prepared. Things such as towels, hangers, and hairdryer weren't there. Towels and bed linens were all stained, we were convinced they were new (and they were warm) but looked really dirty. The doors didn't work well either and slammed close every time. We could hear the other rooms’ doors too, which was unfortunate because our floor had many guests coming in and out of their rooms in the middle of the night. The staff are very kind and friendly. Just a shame that the hotel isn't well maintained.
