Booked because it stated 5 stars hotel with a great ratings. However, I just got texted via WA about check in details and found this is odd. They said the check in is at myvi car at carpark (don't have the lobby / front desk). Then I quickly read on the review both this site and on google they said all the bad things. No one said it was a good experience other than, no check in desk, the room is smelly, dirty, the place is far and rarely grab wants to pick up. I came with the babies and elders, we used van. We cannot enter the carpark as the height of the van is above the max height. Also, it was far from the genting highlands. It took 40rm 1 way. Check in time is at 3pm but cannot keep the luggages / do early check in even though the room is available. They charged us rm 100 for early check in at 12pm. Thus, we decided to book a proper hotel and again read the reviews first. Not wanting to believe the good ratings and 5 star hotel. And leave this hotel unoccupied. This is worst! Waste money

Was skeptical that the check-in was at the carpark at first but it turns out to be a pleasant stay. The location had amenities such as shops and cafes which makes it very convenient. It was also only 10 mins drive to Skyworld! The location was beautiful and the weather was extra cold. My family had a wonderful experience!

Staff not friendly, very rude. They know only money, you do this need to pay, anything also not free, not a extra towel! Very very disappointed.

The room space is comfortable enough to stay for our small family, but the toilet smell is very bad. Also, persekitaran di sekitar hotel sangat kotor, not a good place to recommend to people! 😭.

4/10 stay. Pros: Convenient to genting. Fast Check In but ‘front desk’ is at a carpark. Cons: Stained / Hair on bedsheet. No tissue paper only toilet paper. Sink water flows off verryy slowly. Floor visibly dirty with some hair and stain. Can hear people talking from the corridor. Probably won't recommend if you are looking for a clean place to rest.

The room was great! Its foggy the whole time but when its not the view are incredible and the weather is cold. Very accessible with bus every 30 minutes to go to the theme park and stuff.

Parking fee too high for per day not include by booking. Shutter bus fee also not cheap, if big family need to pay high fee to Genting per round trip.
