Good place to stay at Bangsar South area, Kuala Lumpur. Near to restaurants, Nexus, and Sphere. What a wonderful place. Near to Gateway Mall and LRT Kerinchi and University. The facilities are complete: washer, dryer, gym, swimming pool, games area, etc.

The laundry room on the 1st floor is very important, especially when you're travelling with kids. Shops at the mall across the hotel (literally 10 steps across) have great food as well, and they accept QR payment. An ATM for international cards is also available at the mall. You can also reach this hotel by MRT. Good experience for us overall.

The studio is spacious for one person. A bit far to walk to public transportation unless you know the shortcut to LRT. Limited halal selection opp the building at Southlink. TV has local channels only. Wifi is strong. Overall, pleasant stay.

Everything is good. Fast check-in & out. Walking distance to shopping mall and LTR station. This is 2nd time stay here. Infinity swimming pool at roof top. Definitely will come again.

Room is as expected. Clean and compact. Yes, wished there was a door for the shower especially since I have 3 boys under age 12 in tow but we managed. Loved how much storage is available in the room and pantry area with sink and the bigger than minibar sized fridge that can actually make ice. Water dispensers on each floor is much appreciated. Would be nice if there were more TV channels available aside from the free basic ones. Less argument over which YouTube video to play on the smart TV. lol. Surprisingly the beds were different for both rooms, one was soft and squishy while the other was firm. Many complained on the fact that there were no amenities, but for the price paid and facilities offered, I would rather prepare my own. Besides, a head-to-toe wash is provided. The pool is rather small in size and crowded but serves its purpose. The pool towels provided were funnily hand towel sized. Many lounging areas throughout the property. Didn't visit Level 2 where the meeting rooms and work space were at but the game room in Level 1 was the highlight of the stay for the kids. And there was a communal microwave available as well as full kitchen facilities via reservation. Very good value for money and perfect for small families. Southlink just across the entrance has a handful of eateries and KL Gateway Mall is a short walk away, so are the University and Kerinchi LRT stations. Pleasant getaway. Will certainly be back. Many reviews complained about bad service but I think the whole point is to make the whole stay efficient, with self check in kiosk available and I only had to approach the front desk once during the whole stay aside for check-out for a crib and an extra key. Both of which were facilitated promptly.

The place is very comfortable for the room arrangement is also extraordinary. I booked a room for 3 people got 1 king size and 1 single separated by a partition. The size is not big but there is a dry kitchen, dining table and sofa and each floor has a dispenser so it can reduce water spending. Next, if I go to Bangsar area I will stay again 😍
