Great experience to stay here, everything was fine and real as they claimed about "the exclusive budget hotel" the location is near to monorail, GO KL and MRT station. So many restaurant and mini market around. It close to jalan alor and bukit bintang. The room are amazing, the bed so clean and comfortable, the AC is so cold, so many socket, the hot water are fine. The staff was very kind, help us to bring the baggage, joking with us, take a picture together. We enjoyed our conversation. Overall this is the best budget hotel I've ever stay.

1 thing that is very impressive, Ummi is very friendly, close to kmn2 and shopping centers. Basically, if you go to Bukit Bintang, you will definitely stay here LG!

The staff were very friendly. Also big thank you to Umi who were very friendly to me and my family. The stay was great, worth the price. Pasaraya and mini market were everywhere around the hotel. I had a great experience staying here, very recommended!

Overall good but no lift inside the hotel. It was quite tired to comeback to our room at the third floor. 🥲 Maybe the owner can consider for using lift inside.

Check-in process is okay, check out is also safe. Close to everywhere on foot, to lot 10, Alor, pavilion and bukit bintang. The room is small according to the price. Suitable for low budget.
