I had a great stay in Mandarin Hotel. Really wowed by the very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy and cheerful and greet me all the time. Room is a bit dated but very spacious and clean. The bathroom is big too. We had a good night sleep. Location of the hotel is also good with ample eateries and shops close by. In fact the famouus Yee Fung Laksa is only a short walk from the hotel and the weekend Gaya St market is just behind the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel and I don't mind staying here again.

Unexpected good hotel with reasonable and affordable price. Front desk staffs are very friendly and check in and check out process was smooth.

Staffs were friendly. Room was nice. Almost everything working fine. Wifi was working fine. Just the door bell was not working. But not really an issue for me. One room will receive only one access card. I think it will be better if hotel able to provide two for each room because easier if one person will be late coming in to the room and do not need to disturb the ones already sleeping inside to help open the room door.

The room is very clean the bathroom is also clean, the shower water is also profusely. Though the TV is smaller there is a pedestal for irons, suit satisfactory price and the place is highly recommended.

Receptionist friendly at all time, greet us every time we go in and out. Room is spacious and clean and they provide one way free transfer from hotel to airport. Overall is great stay

Located on Gaya Street, the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions in KK, like Atkinson Clock Tower, Signal Hill, Filipino Market. I even walked to Jesselton Point. If you're there on a Sunday, check out the bustling Gaya Street Sunday Market. I stayed in a single room and it was just the right size, as well as clean and comfortable – a good deal for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, too. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in KK!
