The room is very comfortable. The facilities provided are excellent. Everything works well. The way owner serve their customers well & easy to understand. This is my first time booking in this room. Most satisfying stay! Perfect location, 1 minute walk to gleneagles, short grab distances to gurney plaza gurney paragon ranging from 5-7 rm per way, there is also small eating shops behind the Apartment in the morning. Easy check in, host is very kind and helpful, can't thank her enough for all food recommendation and assistance during our stay. Apartment is really clean, spacious, well maintained. Highly recommended for stay in georgetown area!

Firstly, the host was very responsive and informative. The room was spacious and in a good location for everyone who needs medical treatment at Gleneagles. However, there were a few minor issues. I found some baby cockroaches in the living room area. The TV antenna was not working, so we kept the TV off. Additionally, there was some heavy dust on the fan. Overall, I would still recommend this place for its convenient location, but hope that the host will address the minor issues mentioned.

The location is superb, there is a bus stop in front of this accommodation. However, the room is quite small, and unfortunately the air - conditioner in the main bedroom was not working at all. It was so hot. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay. Be aware for the bed types. I got 1 double bed, 1 sofaa bed, 1 single mattress which lay on the floor, and 1 double bed that also so low and near the floor

I booked for 6 people. Cons. 1. The room is too small. 2. There is only 1 bathroom. 3. Far from the dining area. Pros. The room is quite clean. Check-in is very easy and not long-winded. No need to bother using a deposit. And the owner is very friendly.

I rented an apartment for 4 nights and 5 days with Skyhive management, the mattress and sheets were not clean at all, I slept there and was bitten by insects such as fleas/mites and my skin itched all over. When I first came, there was no itching after I slept, red itching all over my skin. I am very disappointed with the service here! Hopefully this can be a reference for people who want to stay at this place. And to Skyhive management, please really improve the quality of your service, because for me it is very detrimental to customers!

Nyaman dan luas. Buat bawa anak cocok. Kamar tidur 3. Toilet dalam cuman di kamar tengah. Toilet luar 1. Jadi toiletnya cuman 2. Pemandangan enak sih liat laut. Dapur dan mesin cuci ada jadi ga perlu laundry. Worth it lah untuk long stay yang pengobatan di penang.
