it's always my favorite place to stay. Every time I visit KL, I always stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and cozy, the breakfast is superb and it's close to Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square mall.

Arrived on Saturday at 12 and could check in straight away. Fast and friendly service. Surrounded by many malls and also close to Bukit Bintang. Public transportation access is also close.

We had a bit scary experience with lift no. 2, while we wanted to go out to have family dinner out on Saturday night, April 5th, the lift had a slight "jam" and got stuck in the 5th floor for about 1 minute and my children were a bit terrifying with such experience. We recommend the hotel management to examine the functionality of that lift, otherwise someone will experience a worse one in the future. 😭

Hotel location is convenient as its right in front of times square and easy travel to bukit bintang area via the monorail. However, the hotel food should be improved as its very salty. But overall, it was a good stay

The design, furnishing, layout of the room are satisfactory and provide a spacious space with a good value for money. The sofa feels a bit cheap, but otherwise we have no complaints about the furnishing. However, the services notably leave a room for. improvement; we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but it wasn't cleaned up on the second night even though we didn't put any 'Do Not Disturb' signs. Even calling the reception did no go good, we had to speak to the manager to get them stop procrastinating. The general hospitality was also lacking and it is ridiculous that each room is only entitled to get 2 small bottles of water for free.

The room is very spacious so great for travelling with kids. Althou the bathroom is quite small and not many space to move inside it. My only concern is the elevator, the door open and close so abruptly. But overall it was very nice for a classic hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the AC is very cold, the view we got was facing Berjaya Time Square. The location is in front of Imbi LRT, near Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang. The drawback is that the TV channels are not very varied & the elevator door is not good.

We checked in at this hotel from January 9th to 12th.. overall the experience was great.. the room was spacious.. clean.. and it is located in a very strategic area, near the Monorail station.. but we had a bad service from the front officer.. we didn’t know her name, but we thought she was the supervisor / manager.. At first my reservation was handled by officer named Kenes. She was so nice.. helped us with all the registration. But then when we got into our room, it was not the room that we had ordered.. instead of getting a king / queen-sized bed (as I already had written in the app), we got the twin beds inside. Soon we headed back to the front office and told the situation.. but thing that bothering us was the way that woman told us bout our reservation.. (the older one, not kenes).. she said that they only could give the room if the room was available.. actually it’s ok for us to accept the room, but we thought the way she talk was very intimidating.. and disrespect us. As a hotel frontliner, u should respect and talk politely to ur guests, no matter what nationality they are.. i need Melia to confirm my complaint. Thx in advance.
