Found out no window after I take shower at night. They ask me to talk to manager but manager never come. And I don't like the breakfast rice at hotel.

When I checked in reception said my name was not listed, when I saw him my voucher from app and the paid status, after almost one hour finally I got the room but did not match with my request, I paid twin bed and I got double bed without window, he said that one is the only one left so I have no choice, that time I did call to Mr. John to complain about this case.

Great hotel to stay when you want to be in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Within walking distance to lots of shopping complex, electronics, dining options, tourist spots. Easy access too via different train stations (Imbi and Hang Tuah stations) Grab to Kuala Lumpur sentral is less than 10rm during peak hours. Overall our stay was comfortable. Super swift check in/check out process. Helpful staff. Room is large. Clean sheets and pillows. Soft bed. Clean toilet and bath. Its been a long time since I last booked via Traveloka and comparing now, traveloka booking is better and more smooth process than the other apps.
