The location is near Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. The room we booked with 2 queen size beds felt very spacious for just the two of us and was quite clean. Overall it was satisfactory

Rini was very helpful. I left my travel pouch with passport etc on my bed. As soon as she found it, she took a photo and WA me to check if it was mine. At the time I nearly reached the airport. I could have missed the flight without her quick thinking. Well done Rini and thank you very. I could have missed my Mother's funeral.

Sudah 2 kali booking di sini karena lokasi sangat dekat dengan tujuan. Hanya 2 menit jalan kaki ke gurney paragon, banyak tempat makanan, dekat dengan gurney bay. Karena apartemen sehingga kamar tidak dibersihkan tiap hari. Ada dapur dan tempat setrika di luar. Kamar cukup luas, ada air panas tapi ketika hari terakhir air panasnya mati. Overall recommended dengan harganya.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan mall gurney paragon, tempatnya seperti semi kos-kosan, di lantai bawah disediakan mesin cuci dan tempat jemur. Juga disediakan kopi teh dan meja makan. Untuk kamar cukup bersih tapi tidak dibersihkan setiap hr. Overall cukup memuaskan.

A little story about this homestay: After landing at the airport, initially we ordered a homestay around Kimberly Street, everything was okay with the owner continuing with the payment, but the master card refused the payment system proposed by the application, finally it was cancelled (the the owner does not accept cash). Because it was getting dark and we were still at the airport, I asked permission from my wife to order a cheap homestay (because I would be staying long) for one night via the application. I inform you that there is only 1 room that is ready and the bathroom is shared (Share Bathroom). Finally we arrived at the homestay half an hour before the sunset call to prayer. After we put all the things, we immediately checked the kitchen and others, especially here such as rice, cooking oil, mineral water, packaged coffee, tea bags and detergent for washing clothes, all "free". And there is already an elevator facility to go to the top floor. The friends who work here are all Indonesian, it is very, very helpful to communicate when we want this or that. In terms of guests, almost 80% of Indonesians are on average (Medan, Jakarta, Lampung, Yogya, Aceh, Samarinda, Palu, Batam and others), only on weekends are quite a lot of guests from indigenous people who come for holidays. The homestay is fairly clean because cleaning checks are carried out every day. Homestay which is only 10 meters from shopping and culinary centers (there is 1 Mall and 1 Plaza). For us convenience number 1, and the third night we finally moved to a room with a bathroom, wow it turns out that the bathroom facilities already have hot water, which is usually only available in 4 star hotels in Indonesia (sorry if I'm wrong), so excited we really feel with this homestay. Incidentally, maybe this is what Mr. SBY always said, the 6th President of Indonesia, "the right man at the right place". Every difficulty has a way out, Alhamdullillah we are infinitely grateful to Allah SWT, made the way easy and surrounded by very good people while in the neighboring country. 🤲🙏😊.
