It's quite nice, comfortable, and affordable. Although the location seems to be a bit hidden inside the bazaar, it's strategic and easy to reach. And the last, it has halal certificate for the food and near a mosque, so for Moslems like us, it means a lot. Thank you.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and quite cheap. The most important thing is it's in the city center, close to the MRT. There are many food streets and shopping places, there are malls, etc., and very close to the Twin Towers. If you like walking, you can walk, about 20-30 minutes while exercising. If you take a taxi, it's also not expensive, about 10-20 RM. I stayed here for 10 days and I will come back again if I go on holiday to Malaysia. But I think the breakfast should have more menus because the guests are from various countries. Please also provide food that can be accepted by foreigners. 🙏 If possible, provide fruits too.

all good.. the room was clean and the hotel location is near the MRT station but why only give 1 toiletries? we asked the staff but they didn't give extra toiletries eventho we paid for a room with 2 guests ☹️

I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Malaysia because it's near to the Kuala Lumpur central and other spots, and the room is nice. Just the staff, or most of the receptionists, are not friendly. I don't know, not smiling or nice enough like someone working for the hospitality industry. Maybe they can improve on that.

Close to the LRT, easy to get everywhere, even to Sogo & Muaz, the room is ok, quite spacious, aircond is ok, TV is ok, always ask the staff for anything, they serve you patiently... hihi The kids are also comfortable... TQ

Have stayed here twice, access to everywhere is close, close to the station, close to the center of souvenirs MyDin, Hannifa, market etc. The quality of the room is unquestionable, the bathroom is okay, the equipment is okay, there is an iron on every floor, 24-hour check-in and check-out access. At the bottom right next to it there is also a restaurant, in this area it is not difficult to find food outside the hotel to the right there is an Indian restaurant called President there is also good food and service so far it is in the Indonesian tongue. The downside if you come here and want to check out early in the morning using an online taxi, it is very difficult to get the driver to approve (because the MRT/LRT only operates at 05.30), fortunately the receptionist was very kind to give information. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very close to the Indian mosque, had time to pray Friday prayers at the mosque, only sermons in Hindi, if you want to shop, it's close to Mydin, you can also take pictures in front of the Jameek Mosque, it's easy to go anywhere by LRT Jameek Mosque. It's just that the surrounding environment is a bit less clean now.
