The receptionist forgot to ask for the tourist tax upon check-in, so we called at midnight at 1am to ask for the tax. Are you kidding me? How professional to call a guest at 1am to ask for the tax! So my husband and I had our sleep disturbed, even though I had a medical checkup the next morning.

I always bring Tour Guests to stay here and they always feel comfortable... both from the location of the hotel which has many places to eat... clean rooms and a fairly tasty breakfast... highly recommended

Room size is big enough for premier room, but hot water for bathtub not working properly, have to wait for really long time. The Lighting at the room is not enough. Noisy environment still can hear at 20th floor rooms till early morning.

Location is perfect as there are many food places within walking distance. Rooms are dated especially the bathroom but overall suits the price paid so no complaints. Clean too!

1.Room was ok can see this is an old hotel my floor 16th and have good view
2.Breakfast buffet was average but filling and plenty
