Satisfyingly! Got to park my car at the entrance. Cool 😎 room is cozy, bed & pillows comfy. Eateries are just walking distance. But the sea view room is a bit downfall...the view is obstructed by a construction nearby

Room with sea view so best. Room is cold and soundproof. Honeymoon recommended, book this hotel and ask for sea view. Perfect.

The room are spacious and they clean it really well everyday. The location are ok, 500m to the local coffee shop and restaurant. There’s a mini market infront of the hote. Over all are good experience to staying in this hotel

First time visiting penang and Ozo staffs are one of the best! They are full of smiles, so helpful meanwhile other staffs at different Hotels tend to be ignorant and fierce, making US kind of tired. Ozo deserves to be called a "HOTEL". Unfortunately, when we wanted to try lunch at the restaurant, they were closed due to private event. All in all, great experience and beautiful view from the room and floor 22! Must come back! And keep up the great work or even greater!

Location is great and the hotel looks new too. The hotel provided only 2 small bottles of drinking water, it would be great if there is a filtered water station for guests to refill drinking water to minimise single use plastic.

Very nice clean hotel room. The room setting & lighting is bery bright. The lobby located on high floor with amazing view of the city. Did not try the breakfast though.

Simple and comfortable room. They have 2 lobby. The 1st floor is for drop off your bags and the check in will be on the 20th floor. If you don't have a lot of bags, just bring along your bag with you to the 20th floor so you don't have to wait for your bags to be delivered. Staffs are nice and friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Located in a quiet alley but the hotel is nice. Their buffet selection is not much but enough for a simple breakfast. Located around 1km from Gleneagles Hospital, a good option for staying and resting throughout the hospital visit.
