Best location and really good service from staff. The entrance to the car park is not too obvious so good to slow down before reaching. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Really worth it to have breakfast there. The swimming pool is also awesome for the kids.

This hotel is a 5-star hotel, but the quality is not like a 5-star hotel. Complaints are slow to respond, housekeeping cleans the room but the trash can is not emptied, even though the trash can is full. Asking housekeeping to clean the room in the morning from 9 am, only arriving at the room to clean it at 4 pm? Staying in a club type which should be better, this is not soundproof, at 11 pm you can still hear the bang bung bang bung upstairs (the gym upstairs is open 24 hours, lifting and others make noise that guests downstairs can't sleep), speechless...

Booked for a transit night stay so choose the lowest category room type. Room wasn't that big but just nice for 2 persons. Trying luck to request for room with view upon check in & was assigned on 11th floor with city view. Check-in/out was smooth & fast, greeted with smile & ‘ How are you doing?’ from the lobby staff & bellboy even. Overall, great stay. We will be back for next travel to Kuala Lumpur. On additional note, Park Royal is supportive towards ESG sustainability, thus, no mineral bottle provided in the room but the room has ‘ filtered drinking water’ directly from the tap. We are fine with this as everyone should play our part in this.

The staff is very friendly. But the air conditioner in room should have manual user. So, customer know to adjust the air conditioner temperature. Because in the middle night, the temperature of air conditioner suddenly hot. After trying adjust the temperature, the temperature return to normal. Other than that, all facilities are good and comfortable. Thanks.

I just didn't like the room service because they touched the souvenirs, resulting in a big scratch on the avocado, but the hotel replaced it, but the avocado wasn't eaten because it was damaged when it was ripe.

My first time using traveloka to book my first time stay at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. It was a very pleasant stay for me my husband and my 2 children. The room is clean and comfortable. Managed to get early check in upon reaching. It 's also nearby walking distance places like pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang and Berjaya Times Square.

I used to the stay often at this hotel, as the service usually OK and without any problem. The location also quite strategic and easy to reach. Overall the stay experience for this time in April 2024 was OK, however there was some problems during my stay with the family this time. After check in, the lady at the receptionist were welcoming us and gave us 2 rooms. When we went into the rooms, we already found some problems with the rooms (this 1st room, the AC was not cold and not functioning well and feel warm, and the 2nd room, the bidet flush of the WC was not functioning. One good thing that I note when I complaint to change the room for the 1st room, the receptionist lady (name hesther if I not mistake) was very responsive and change our room with the new room and it was perfect and very kind of her, but when we want to change the second room (30 minutes after the 1st room change) the other receptionist lady was not too responsive and keep us waiting to be able to get the new room (after they checked that the room was having problem, then they change it), finally it was all OK, but for the 2nd room replacement it took too long. There are some note of suggestion. For the room status, I would suggest to be checked again with detail, so when the receptionist team assign the room to the guest, it can be guaranteed that the room is OK and without any problem and the guest can enjoy their stay accordingly. Overall stay is OK. And hope that in our next trip and stay in this hotel, the improvement will be made and The Hotel will be the preferred choice of the travelers. I shared this stories because I do care and still want to stay here and enjoy the good services that I do normally experience. Thank you for the hotel staff who already provided good service to us.

We stayed for 3 nights, and to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We didn't know that what we booked was a twin bedroom, but for the record we had written that we needed a double bed. But unfortunately they have booked us with twin beds.:-) But that's okay, we found the bedroom to be quite clean, overall, with a good view of the city. But in some small spaces in the toilet, there is some dirt. And the wardrobe is also not clean. We have tried the breakfast, but there is not enough variety of food for a 5 star hotel class. For location, this is the best location at Bukit Bintang, in front of Sungei wang plaza and others many mall.
