General Check-in Instructions
A cash security deposit of MYR100.00 is required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded is there is no damage(s), abuse(s), or loss of hotel properties & facilities during your stay. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

We were disappointed with our stay. While the exterior of the building looked promising and the reception area was clean, the room itself had several issues. The walls bore unsightly marks, there was a persistent leak in our room, the tap head was loose, and shockingly, there was no designated spot to hang towels in the bathroom. Additionally, the noise from outside was disruptive enough to disturb our sleep, making it hard to relax during our stay.
This hotel may suffice for a brief overnight stop, but it deserves so much more attention from its owners. Upgrading the facilities and prioritizing maintenance could significantly enhance the guest experience. Right now, it feels as though the hotel is being neglected—treated as merely an investment rather than a place for guests to feel valued and comfortable. We urge management to take action and restore this hotel's potential.

If you are tourist, you should not stay here because it located in Mainland, not island (30km from Island), I didn't check the location carefully so I have to spend a lot of money on grab everyday to tourist attraction, it's far from tourist attraction and airport. Wifi in the hotel is really slow, can't use at all. The room is not noise proof, I heard every single noise outside and hard to fall in sleep. Anw, the room is big and has enough basic facilities (hair dryer, adapter, water…) Not recommend!
