I feel so lucky to booked the Prime Hotel online. I feel comfortable to stay here for 3 nights. All the staff that I met were very helpful and polite to answered my question.The room big enough for me and I feel safe as I stay alone. I came around 10pm and the checked in process was very quick 👍🏻 The room was clean and up to my expectation consider the price. And I love it because it just walking distance to the shopping places are such as Pavillion, Sunge Wang and the bukit bintang areas as well as monorail stations. I will recommend this hotel to other friends and definitely will come back💚 Thank you👍🏻

This hotel is the perfect budget worthy hotel to stay in Miri. All good except some part of the room needs to be upgraded (like the table is almost fall down) and we saw a roach from the table. Overall it was a good stay with a strategic location with so many food and restaurants.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, in front of The Exchange Mall and also near Pavilion. I had no bad experience staying there, the room wasn't soundproof but that was not a problem for me. It suits for those who travel solo (and on budget) because they offer bedroom for one. Overall good.

The area is so close to Pavilion and all the staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is good, all clean and coordinated.

Near to mall and access to MRT near, but for front dest friendliness. Not at all, maybe should them should train for how to smile to guest and more polite in answering guest question. Room to small. No complaining for the price liked this. But at least its will be better if The Staff GIve More Warm Hospitality. Smile bro. Smile is cheap and FRE (Specially front desk with Man with beard and glassess).

I found small cocroach beside my bed. Still can hear noise from outside room. But the cleanliness is super. Location is top. No windows for my room 😔.

Lokasi di Bukit Bintang dekat pavilion, mega arena star tinggal jalan kaki 650 meter saja nonton incubus 27 April 2024. Keren dekat circle K, banyak restaurant mall Sungai Wang. Ada jendela city view
