The restaurant is ok, the service of the restaurant is not ok

Everything was good except for the check-in process. I arrived a bit early (around 1:45 pm) and was informed that the room wasn't ready. The counter staff said they would WhatsApp me once it was available. I waited until 2:45 pm but didn't receive any message. Ironically, when I asked around 2:45 pm, the staff told me the room was already ready—they had just forgotten to message me. I ended up wasting an hour waiting.

5 star hotel but the service is not like a 5 star hotel. When booking, the only option was twin bed and based on availability, I had requested a king bed, because I was celebrating my wedding anniversary. When I checked in, I was still given a twin bed room, and in the room I was given a happy anniversary cake.. it's funny, they said happy anniversary but separate beds. When I asked for additional mineral water in the room, I was informed that I would be charged RM5 / bottle, usually I stay at any 5 star hotel, no matter how much mineral water I ask for, it's not charged, this is the first time in a hotel like Pullman that I was charged. The last thing that was very disappointing was when checking out, I was served by a receptionist named Zheng Jie, she said in an unfriendly tone that I would be charged a foreign tax of RM10 / night. I said that there was no such information on Traveloka. On the Traveloka invoice, all inclusive fee and tax. But the officer Zheng Jie was still adamant and in my opinion her method was a bit rude to the customer for a 5 star hotel if I had to pay RM20 for 2 nights without giving any explanation. He just showed me the flyer on the reception screen. I don't mind the RM20 which is only around 70 thousand. It's just that the way Zheng Jie talked to me was like collecting a debt.

It was a pleasure staying at the Pullman, close to everything.

Friendly staff nice room and large bathroom.

Everything is OK, comfortable atmosphere, delicious food because there are 4 of us, we didn't have breakfast, but we were given 1 free, thank God... the staff are friendly, access to the pavilion is close, there is a shop selling Musang King durian in front of the hotel, you don't have to go far to find durian. The only thing that needs to be improved is the long check-in time, otherwise it's okay.

The interior room is old. It was prince hotel changed to pullman hotel and they not renew the room. I'm not too comfortable with it. Toilet also old.

Comfortable lobby. The room is big and the view is ok, if you go to Kuala Lumpur you have to come here again

The place is strategically close to KLCC. The room is spacious, clean, God willing there will be time to go again
