When walking, the floor noise is very loud, should fix the bathroom on the second floor, the door can not be locked.

The location is easy to find. I took a single room with AC, shared bathroom. AC cold, but the sheets were not clean. The condition of the bathroom and toilet is quite good for that price.

Lodging with good service, suitable for backpackers. Breakfast is available for bread and coffee or tea drinks that can be brewed alone. The bathroom provides soap and warm water. At check-in, prepare 2 ringgit cash as tax for dorm rooms. If thirst is provided with water below, it's free to refill. towels are also provided. AC, room lights all function well.

Lady at the front desk showing rude attitude and not helpful. I paid the room include breakfast but I don't see any meals on the table until 8.00 am at the morning, up stair room so noise and I told the front desk reception but I just got ignored, bed cover have many stains and torn. Would not recommended it even it just back pack budget should give a good services. It is not free but I expecting I got what I paid... Thanks

The accommodation is very close to tourist attractions. In addition, the entrance is not scary. The staff were there all the time, spoke good, polite, welcoming but the disadvantages of this place. I booked the room as a dormitory room. Because he was leaving alone The disadvantage is that The bathroom is shared. Which has only 1 room, 2 shower rooms only, although never waiting for the queue to go to the bathroom But should probably add another room. Inside the room is clean, good, cold air, if going to choose this place

The staff was ok, I had to change room because we booked wrongly, and they willingly change it with extra charges, which was ok. However the room feels old, and the bed too. The shower was actually leaking, and water was bursting out of it each time I showered. The bedsheets, towels and pillowcase looks old and yellowish, it seems like being reused for ages. One thing good about this place is it’s near to Chulia Street and some other attractions, hopefully they will be better in the future, but this will the first and the last time of me staying there.

It’s a nice budget saving place , near a lot of local foods on the street , public transport nearly accessible, Nice and polite customer services. Recommended for low budgeting trip to Penang. The rooms are fairly clear but unluckily I got the first room with someone with A very bad sweat smell I didn’t even find him I just find the cloth when get in the whole room was smelling , I decided to ask for changing the room and they accept.

Accommodation according to what is shown on the application. Location 1 km from komtar can be accessed by foot. Located in the love lane area close to the beach and town hall and close to a minimarket, food street and laundry. A deposit of rm 50 per stay and a tax per person per night rm 2 is paid at check-in. WiFi is quite smooth and the room air conditioner is cold. Get a loan loan and each bed dorm room there are three-leg plugs so bring a universal travel adapter. breakfast toast and coffee.

Strategic location close to bus stops, clean toilets, water dispenser takes a long time to get out 😬 room door hinges on the 1st floor sound so uncomfortable when exiting rooms for dorm rooms, clean wc, breakfast bread jam coffee and others 30 rm deposit , for the dormitory subject to tax 2rm / person / night, overall very comfortable at the Red Inn guest house, will be back soon, thank you.
