The apartment is spacious, with a view of the swimming pool. It's quite far if you walk from JB Sentral, crossing the long bridge. But the place is clean, there is a supermarket and lots of food below it. When checking in, there is a 10RM charge for cleaning.

The place is easily accessible, the room is spacious, clean, the price is very affordable, the security is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is not complicated, the view of the apartment is very good, there are various facilities provided. All was perfect! One thing I really hope they can anyhow change is the ‘Tourism Tax’ we have to pay by transfer or through atm machine. They are not accepting cash and I feel like it's so TROUBLESOME for a foreigner like me. It's just 10ringgit but it is really troublesome because we don't have Malaysian bank or Touch and Go or whatever the accepted payment. I hope they can change it for foreigners.

The place is nice, but unfortunately the staff is not very responsive when checking in the apartment. Be patient waiting for 1 hour to check in. Not friendly to customers either.... Also lacking, the nearest place to eat for Muslims.

The location is very strategic, no need to take a vehicle if from JB Central, just walk. Complete and very good facilities, wifi is used by many devices without any problems. Highly recommended for staying in Johor Bahru.
