Hotel check in was a breeze..room was fine..book jr suite but got upgraded to executive suite which was nice right at the attic floor with some nice view from the balcony. Breakfast selection was good too.

The check in procedure was super smooth. The front desk person was very friendly, including the security guard. They treat me as I'm a VIP (although I'm not, I'm just a normal and regular customer). The room was nice, with pool view. The kids really enjoy the pool, and me enjoying the gym very much. The breakfast was marvellous, with plenty of choice to make. A really nice place to stay as it was very near to all the interesting places in Penang that you can visit with walking distance.

It was a great stay ! Location is close to all famous eateries. We got free upgrade to deluxe room with swimming pool and ocean view !

Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

- Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance with the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is being included in Hotel's Room Rate. -With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in. This is to be applied in addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.
Guaranteed free upgrade deal is only applicable to the booking made from 1-10 October 2020
Effective 1st March 2024, charges for car park will be implemented at RM 3 per stay for in house guest.
Swimming Pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily and Gym is accessible 24 hours a day.

This hotel is far from the hospital, about 5 km. There are food options but not as many as in the city center. But if you want to find peace, this is the right place. The location is close to the cruise ship pier. The rooms are quite spacious. There are many breakfast choices. There is a gym. Nice swimming pool with salt water so the body relaxes. The service is very friendly.

Great stay.. hotel smell soo good and make me feel calm 😚 breakfast was awesome. There are variety choice of roti canai that were make when request. Gonna repeat this hotel 😍
