Pro: Staff very friendly, 15 minutes walk to Suria KLCC, 15 minutes walk to Ampang Park MRT, room very spacious. Con: Room cleaning will only happen every 3 days, Wi-Fi problem.

the hotel is very very close to Suria, twin tower, just walk about 10 minutes with a leisurely walk.. to the pavilion is also very close by grab only +/- 15 Ringgit.. to Batu Cave is also not too far by grab +/- 35 Ringgit..
the room is very comfortable for resting, there is a stove, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, oven.. all can be used.. only Qt2 also have to maintain cleanliness so that it is more comfortable to rest.

What I ordered in the app did not match what I got. I ordered 1 room with 2 queen beds, what I got was 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed room, I tried to complain to the apartment from there all the rooms were booked, the remaining rooms were the ones we got

Pro: Spacious and modern room. Near to Petronas Twin Tower. Good wifi quality.
Cons: Staff's communication & service needs to be improved. We came at 1 pm and they told us that the room will be ready at 3 pm (which we totally understand) so we can just drop our lugagge and come back for checking in process, and that's it, no further information at all. But when we came back to the hotel late at night, the security officer inform us that the office was closed and only operating at regular working hour, which means that we could not retrieve our luggage at the moment. Just if they tell us about their operating hour or if there's any other important regulations, this such thing wouldn't happened, and they have failed to perform the basic rules of hospitality. What make it even worse, the security officer tried to reach the staff through the phone, but the person on the phone told him that we still have to wait until tomorrow. Lack of information and no sense of responsibility has really damaged the quality of the room itself and made the worst experience ever. Definitely not going back!

At the beginning of check in, a deposit of 300 RM was requested. When checking out, a deposit of 200 RM was taken because the sofa had dirty stains, even though during our stay the sofa was always covered with cloth.
