สภาพห้องพักชำรุดตั้งแต่ประตูไปจนถึง สวิตเปิดปิดไฟ รีโมทแอร์ ทุกอย่างสภาพไม่ดี Wifi ไม่มีตามที่โฆษณาไว้ หากใครจองที่พักนี้ให้ถ่ายวิดีโอตอนเข้าพักทุกซอกทุกมุม เพื่อระวังเจ้าหน้าที่มาปรับเงินตอนออกจากที่พัก หาว่าเราเป็นคนทำที่พักชำรุด ทั้งๆที่เราเจอสภาพชำรุดอยู่แล้ว และไม่ได้โทรโวยวายในคืนนั้นเลย เพราะไม่อยากมีปัญหา แต่เมื่อเราเช็คอินเขากลับปรักปรำเราโดยไม่มีหลักฐาน เกรงว่าจะทำแบบนี้กับผู้เข้าพักอื่นๆด้วย หากินแบบนี้ไม่ดีเลย ไม่เคยเจอ
