TV not working, no prog. So boring. Fridge warm not cold. Appriciate if have wardrobe. Hotel don't have own cafe. A plus if the hotel can provide disposible cutlery incase guest need them. Room & service 5 star. The rest 3.5.

best hotel, near to pavilion bukit bintang, fahrenheit and don't worry about food because around this hotel near to alor street

The location is super convenient if you are plan to shopping around Bukit Bintang areas. You can go to famous shopping mall like Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Lot 10 & TRX by foot. Hotel is new, overall is clean. Check in & check out time need to take a number & queue up to be serve. So far so good, counter handling the floor pretty good in a way. Parking need to pay RM10 per day per entry. Due to forgotten to buy a mineral water hence I requested 4 bottles mineral water for 2 persons & receptionist replied only max 2 will be given per day, extra bottle will be charge which I never expect. The tiles in the bathroom are slippery, so you must be careful when walking after showering.

Very near to bukit bintang pavilion. Very nicely decored room for the price paid. Very recommended. Surely will come again if available
