Excellent. The receptionist and all the staff were very professional and prompt in providing for guests' needs (I was lent an umbrella during a rainy day, the room was cleaned daily, the room had a great view, and check-in and check-out were easy).

The location is very strategic... Right in the middle of KL's modern shopping center. Culinary, minimarket, laundry are nearby, and transportation is easy. Check-in is fast and organized, even though it's busy.

Plus points: quick check in-check out, clean room, very comfortable bed, strong wifi. Central location, just 5 minutes walk to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang Minus points: the toilet smells every time you go out and come back, the room is a bit small.

The check-in and check-out process was fast. The hotel was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was soundproof. I would stay there again if I go to KL. There were lots of fun places to eat outside the hotel.
