- The hotel location is a bit far from the city center, but the hotel is located in a shopping center & LRT station is not far from the hotel. - The gym facilities provided by the hotel need to be upgraded better because the gym equipment is old, even rusty & some are broken. - Cleanliness & comfort as well as entertainment facilities other than the gym are very pleasant.

The hotel location is in midvalley, next to AEON. Very strategic. Parking tips, look for zone H. It was my lucky day, I booked an urban room but the staff upgraded to a suite. My first time to receive this kind of upgrade. Welcome St Giles!! The room is very spacious, there is a bathtub. Only the aircon doesn't work, fortunately there is a fan. Called the technician last night, and arrived at 12 am, the technician arrived quickly. Then the air conditioner is cold. Food time breakfast quantity xbnyk, but the staff is always topup. Will definitely come again.
