I stayed at this hotel and was generally satisfied with my experience. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly. However, as a four-star hotel, there are a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast menu lacked variety and could be more diverse. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes took quite a long time, which may be inconvenient for guests with tight schedules. Overall, this hotel has great potential, and with improvements in service quality, it could offer an even better stay experience.

Once the room was not cleaned.. had to go down again to the receptionist to be told to clean it immediately because I was tired from going home at night. The toilet was a bit cramped, the position on the 6th floor was reported but it was not fixed immediately and the small shower was a bit problematic. The black female receptionist was not very friendly. My advice: The room should always be cleaned even though the indicator light to clean the room was on. When cleaning the bathroom, the toilet and bathroom accessories should always be paid attention to. The receptionist staff should be friendly. Easy to smile. The lights around the outside of the hotel should be added to the lighting. For communication, the staff should also be trained in Malay, not just English.

The receptionist named Viki is very friendly and helpful. Pity her, this is the second time I saw her busy working alone at the counter. Everything is good!

The location is very strategic near Jalan Alor, the center for selling halal and non-halal food. The drawback is that the room was not cleaned, when returning to the hotel at night, it was reported to the receptionist and then cleaned. The toilet was clogged and it was reported to the officer but it was not fixed.

Location is good near Alor, Bukit Bintang, and Hop on Hop Station less than 3 minutes walking. I stay at 16th floor but the sounds from Bar surrounding at night still heard from the room. When i back to the room the cleaning service was in my room washing the glass only with hot water from tap water wastafel without any soap. Not only that he also dried the glass with my dirty towel that hanging in bathroom. I was super shocked. And he explained thats the way the hotel system to wash the glass. Terrible. Floor never vacuumed when we stay 4 nights there. Omg. Dirty bed cover was not changing just upside down to hide the stain. Grrrrr. This hotel should be upgrade the cleanliness. The lobby staff didnt take our luggages to the room until 8 pm as they said. We want to take it our self but they want to check the concierge note first and said will deliver our luggages to our room. But they still not deliver it after 2 hours… and when we complained to the lobby, they were very unprofessional. They said that they dont know about that. Even we already complained by their hotel application too. This hotel should increase the customer focus

Despite there was a renovation and big loud around 9 am - 6 pm, I was having a great experience around Starus Hotel. Would recommend this to everyone!

There was a loud noise, like someone was sleeping, the sound was really disturbing, I had complained but the hotel staff ignored it, they only made promises and there was no solution, in other words they were indifferent to the guests.

location. very strategic less than 5 minutes to alor, to pavilion more than 10 minutes walk, this place is very full of tourists who come by bus so it's hard to hope to ask for this and that, coincidentally at that time the towel in my room was the size of a hand towel so I asked the reception but there was no big bath towel (because there were only 4 small towels in the room with 1 mat ... did I forget or is it true that bath towels are that size 😅 there was a bathrobe but only 1 while I was with 2 parents ... finally because I had asked for it, they didn't serve us so we just used what was available, there was a tax of RM 10 & no deposit ... the corridor of the room was a bit spooky because the lights were not bright
