Overall good, just the TV only has one channel (?), I brought my two kids so they easily got bored. Also microwave looks not cleaned for long time.

In general, staying at mercu summer suite is very pleasant, close to Kuala Lumpur city center, clean room, complete with cooking utensils, only the toilet is a bit small and not bright.

The service is quite good, the rooms are generally comfortable, the location is quite strategic, only the check out time is too tight (what was stated when booking was only for 6 hours, so you have to add cash to be able to check out the next day.

Here the maximum is 8 to 10 hours, anything more than that will be charged again, when you first book you don't know that the maximum is 8 to 10 hours, full night you will be charged another 45 RM, the deposit is also 200 RM, and the tourist tax is 10 RM. Look at your forehead.

Feel like home. The room is fully equipped, so you can cook or heat food, downstairs there is a minimarket so you don't have to go shopping far.

Tempat yang bagus dan nyaman, akses yang mudah. Hanya saja konsepnya seperti apartemen tp kunci akses yang diberikan hanya satu, tidak sesuai dengan jumlah orang yang akan menyewa tempatnya.

Resepsionis ramah, pelayanan baik, kamar-kamar mandi-WC bersih. Tempat tidur besar dan cukup buat sekeluarga, sayangnya hanya berdua dengan 1 anak, padahal sekeluarga 5 orang pun bisa tidur saking luas dan besarnya tempat tidur😅. Bisa nyuci sendiri plus ada setrikaan, jadi gak perlu laundry di luar. Masak sendiri pun bisa karena semuanya tersedia. Hanya saja perabotan seperti mangkok/baskom kecil tidak ada jadinya gak bisa masak nasi pake microwave karena yang disediakan hanya 2 piring dan peralatan makan lainnya termasuk gelas dan cangkir. Alat masak pun hanya penggorengan, sayang gak ada panci buat rebus-rebus apa gitu minimal masak mie. Overall bagus lah tempat ini, kalau ke Kuala Lumpur bakal nginap sini lagi deh. Proses check in mudah dan lancar, everything is great, Traveloka kucinta❤️🥰

Bed Service. Setelah Stay di sana Kita Call No Contac Darurat. Not Fast Respond. 5 Jam Pun Tak Angkat Telpon & Tak Balas Whatapp. Ketika Lampu Mati & Sulit Masuk Karena Cart Keluar Masuk Sering Bermasalah. Berada di sana Membuat Kita Macam Terasinv. DiCall yang Punya Kamar Tak Mau Answer.

I enjoyed staying here, at the beginning I was asked for a deposit of 200 RM but because I didn't have ringgit, I deposited using Riyal (SAR). The nominal deposit is quite large, but it's worth it with the facilities in the room: 2-door refrigerator, stove, washing machine, hair dryer, iron + table. The rooms are clean, the toilets are comfortable. There are lots of plugs for charging cellphones. One day I will go to KL again, I will stay here again, God willing.

Saya mengalami keterlambatan untuk jam check in tapi owner tetap mau menunggu kami dan dengan ramah melayani kami, saya dapat harga murah dengan fasilitas mewah dekat kemana-mana thank you saya akan kembali lagi ke sini dan tinggal untuk lebih lama lagi.
