Room is spacious enough and worth for money

The location is very convenient…The ambience is nice

the room is big even though it's a studio & the view from the room is beautiful. 😍

Nice to have playground and water playground in one hotel. Kids club only have pillow, no toys at all. The pool was the main attraction people to come here with sea view. Hotel was nice and clean also spacious if you book family room

Very good but the sauna is very small and needs to be enlarged a little.

We booked a standard room 2 months earlier but it 's weird that customer service told us it 's all fully booked. They provide us a deluxe room without charges. We searched for the room for few rounds since the staff didn't tell us the hotel. Room located in parking basement … overall the hotel room is clean and good. We enjoyed staying there.

Stayed 3 nights here for work. The staff is friendly and alert. Rooms are spacious and clean, get 4 bottles of mineral water every day. Hotel on the beach with infinity pool view of the ocean. Then there is a pool for children, as well as a playground. Weekends will be very busy with local and surrounding residents.

The best room I have stayed so far with my family. Spacious. Very clean. Full amenities. Love the pool with mini slides for the kids. The water is crystal clear and clean as well. Really recommended for those who wanna chill and relax with their family. Not to mention easy access to the carpark/lobby.(free parking) thumbs up!

The staff were friendly and the hotel is clean! The bed is comfortable even though it is single bed can fit 2 people. Spacious room and nice view. Worth the trip 👍🏻.

Best but repeat time weekend kids. This hotel is like always full. The pool is big but every Thursday, Friday, Saturday is full of people. I think on weekends, people from nearby places like to come here to take the kids for a staycation. So, if you want to be short, go Monday-Wednesday. Breakfast is nasi kerabu, there are soups too but it's a bit crunchy so you'll have to dip it first. Hahah, there are a lot of people who want to get caught quickly. Maybe a suggestion could be a staff member who handles it when there are a lot of visitors so that if the staff please talk xde it's very awkward for us to be there. Ha, that's it. But you'd prefer it if you had nasi lemak too, right? Yes, the croissants are delicious but they are limited. The room is ok and everything is functional, just housekeeping doesn't need to open the bedsheet. But on the xpe there are traces of the chocolate bread cream. If you wipe it yourself, just use a wet tissue. Hopefully next time the guest comes, we'll exchange the bedsheets. We're not fussy, you know, but we share reviews.

Overall good, however elevator service too slow as I went during school holiday. Lift service could be improved. Cannot swim at the beach.

Arrived at 5.15pm, I expected I can checked in, pray, and bring kid to the pool at least around 6pm. But no, the waiting for check in took a while, even thought there are 3 counters, and only 1 person in front of me. Then when it was my turned, the staff informed room was not ready yet. It was past 5.30pm and room not ready? Supposedly the checked in time was at 3pm, why there were no room ready at 5.45pm when you knew guest already booked for a room? Staff informed us to go to swimming pool first then they will call when room was ready. Not really feasible as we did not pray yet. So we wait near the counter, and manage to get our room card (only 1 access car per room) at 6.05pm. Need to wait for the lift, we got to our room at level 9 at 6.15. After praying, we want to go down to the pool, need to wait for the lift for quite a while, and got to the pool at 6.45pm. Pool was crowded. My kids managed to play for about 15 minutes, and the whistles sound at 7pm, pool was closed for the day. Need to wait for the lift again, 4 unit of lifts for 28floors. I just stay a little bit at the pool area until the lift lobby was empty. For dinner, we decided to walk to the nearby restaurant, Ana Ikan Bakar, about 300m from the hotel. The reason was parking spaces were full, so if we went out by car it will be hard to find a parking afterward. Next morning breakfast was expected, with the crowds. Waiting for the lift was a nightmare as usual. After breakfast, I took my kids to 5th level again to the swimming pool area. As my husband did not follow, I left the card in the room for the power supply. When I enter the lift I cannot press the 5th button without the access card, luckily there was another guest inside the lift and he helped me to swipe his card and pressed the 5th floor. Afterward, I waited for my husband to pick us at the 5th floor as I did not bring access card. Guess what, he needs to wait 40 minutes for the lift. Will I repeat again after this? Probably not.
