Service & Facilities, The hotel didn't put bath towels in the room, when we wanted to checkout they accused us of taking the bath towels. We had to unload all the items and open the bags in front of them.

Thank you for staying at our hotel, and sorry for the incident. However, the hotel has a standard procedure where each room will be equipped with all basic equipment including towels. All entry and exit of the item is carefully recorded. The hotel does not accuse but just wants to be sure because it is worried that the customer will be brought back with the item in question. After re-examining the incident, the customer who volunteered to search in the personal bag and the staff happened to be in the nearby area and our staff also informed us, there is no need to continue searching and we just let them go to check out. There is no action or additional fee charged by the hotel over the incident of losing this towel. Hope this explanation helps. Thank you.

Good hotel, clean and tidy room, has a kettle & mini bar fridge in the room, iron & board you can ask the staff to deliver to the room, the room has aircond & fan, TV, parking in front of the room, easy if you bring the elderly, the staff nice & very helpful. The best.

The accommodation is ideal for travelers who prefer to drive. The stay felt very much like a motel lodging in LA, where the rooms adopt minimalist in amenities. The beds in our room was rather soft, therefore, for those with back or inherent Sciatica issues should avoid. Noise level from the car park was noticeable to those lite sleepers. Albeit all these, the 3-days stay had been quite pleasant and it would have been better if the hotel could supply properly washed towels that come without a moldy smell.

Most probably first and last time I rent this hotel. Bad experience with room given. Family room with bad smell upon opening the room. Checked where the smell came from. My god! Discovered pee under the sink. Whole room wreak the smell of pee. When to complain, was told the cleaning team did their job but must have overlooked this problem. Shocked at the respond given. Demanded for a room change. Yes! we were given a room change but had to wait few more minutes for the cleaning team to finish their job. What I cannot understand why they only began cleaning at 2.45pm. Why not right after the people who left at check out time at 12pm? This cleaning team needs to be given a sounding by the owner. I hope the owner take positive actions to rectify this problem of cleanliness of their rooms to not have further complains from customers.

Have to outstation port klang, and saw this hotel has quite many good review, and have a try. But it very disappoint me. 1) Room overall so so. 2) Cleanliness I think is a prob, my legs and hands feel very itchy when at room. 3) Water pressure very small at bathroom. 4) The dustbin still full with rubbish that left from previous customer. The only advantage is easy parking and easy accessible to car without go through any staircase or lift.
